Service Manager

Serafin Ag Pro, located in Griffith NSW is a dynamic agricultural machinery sales and service company operating throughout the Riverina. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused person to join the service team.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and developing the service team and will be managing your own service department.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Manage the day to day operation of the Workshop to ensuring efficient flow of work while maintaining the highest of standards and customer satisfaction
• Manage the efficiency and profit of the Service department.
• Work closely with the Parts and Sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Driving the training and development of the Service Team and providing support when needed.
• Ensuring all warranty claims are submitted correctly and on time.
• Oversee all Work Health and Safety regulations within the Service Department, ensuring safe work practices are adhered to.

Skills and experience required;

• Proven experience in a workshop environment at management or supervision level.
• Strong team building and people management skills.
• Technical and working knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Having a focus on customer service is crucial.
• A positive, friendly, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
• Strong Computer skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Current driver’s license is required.
