Service Administrator

We have an amazing opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a high level of accuracy to join a well-respected customer focused business.

This position is full-time (Part-time may be considered for the right applicant)

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Responsible for the workshop office
  • Answer and screen incoming calls
  • Entry of daily timesheets and invoices
  • Preparation and reconciliation of job cards
  • Assist with warranty claims
  • Assist the Workshop Manager with day to day activities

Skills and experience required;

  • Experience in an office or workshop environment
  • Self-managed
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Agricultural and/or vehicle knowledge would be an advantage
  • Current driver’s license is required

Internal Accountant (Part-Time)

We have an amazing opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a high level of accuracy to join a well-respected business. This position is perfect for anyone looking to work two to three days a week.

This position is a permanent part-time position.

Your main duties will include:

  • Preparation and review of monthly financial accounts and departmental reports
  • Reconciliations of general ledger accounts
  • Oversee debtor and creditor functions
  • Preparation and lodgement of taxation requirements
  • Develop and monitor budgets
  • Ensure overall accounting accuracy
  • Assist management as required

Essential

  • Applicants must have an accounting degree or similar
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Helpful, supportive, and pro-active nature.
  • Eclipse knowledge would be highly regarded

Parts Interpreter (Traineeship)

Serafin Ag Pro, located in Griffith NSW is a dynamic agricultural machinery sales and service company operating throughout the Riverina. We have a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a large organisation that can offer career progression along with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and friendly team.

This position is a full-time position; Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with rostered Saturday mornings.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Dispatching Parts.
  • Sale of parts and minor agricultural equipment to customers over the counter and in the workshop.
  • Developing relationships with customers and servicing their requirements.
  • Stacking shelves and presentation of display areas.
  • Assisting with stock takes and general upkeep of the parts department.
  • Assist Management as required.

To be successful for this role, you must have;

  • Good customer service and personable telephone manner.
  • Have a proactive and driven attitude.
  • Be a team player and possess good computer skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence is essential.

Parts Manager

  • Responsible for management and performance of our Parts Department in regards to growth, profitability, sustainability and staff development.

  • Stock Control, ordering and maximising margins and profitability of parts department.
  • Sale of parts and minor agricultural equipment to customers over the counter and on the road.
  • Liaise with workshop and machinery sales as required.

Skills and experience required;

  • Proven experience in a retail environment at management or supervision level.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Strong Computer skills.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Agricultural and/or vehicle knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Fork lift license preferred.

Agricultural Mechanical Technician

To better serve our growing customer base, we are seeking an experienced and customer focused ag mechanic technician to join our service team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

•  The diagnosis, overhaul, repair, tune, maintenance and testing of agricultural vehicles including tractors, grape harvesters and other agricultural equipment;
•  The detection and repair of mechanical and electrical faults;
•  The repair and maintenance of hydraulic components of diesel engines that are used to power attachments such as booms, spray rigs and harvesters.

Applicants will be required to make a strong contribution towards a positive customer experience whilst demonstrating effective time management skills and attention to detail.

Current drivers license is essential. 

Apprentice Agricultural Mechanical Technician

Serafin Ag Pro is seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused person to join the service team and be part of an ever-evolving business. Serafin Ag Pro is a well-established and recognised Agricultural Machinery Dealer, specialising in AGCO branded equipment.

If you want the opportunity to work with GPS and Precision Ag products, electronic diagnostic tools and receive a lifetime trade that is in high demand then this position is for you.

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties:

  • Assist qualified Technician’s to: Diagnose, overhaul, repair, tune, maintain and test diesel powered agricultural vehicles including tractors, grape harvesters and other agricultural machinery and detect and repair mechanical and electrical faults;
  • Assisting qualified Technicians in the Workshop and onsite.

Personal requirements: 

  • High levels of mechanical aptitude and ability to work well with your hands.
  • Demonstrated passion for your chosen trade.
  • Reliable.
  • Attention to detail.

Upon completion, you will receive a nationally recognised trade Certificate lll in Agricultural Mechanical Technology along with ongoing support and technical training.
