Parts Manager
 Serafin Ag Pro, located in Griffith NSW, is a dynamic agricultural machinery sales and service company operating throughout the Riverina.Â
This is a key leadership role within the Parts Team and integral to maintaining Serafin Ag Pro continued success. We are looking for a team player who is both passionate about this sector of the agriculture industry, with a willingness to get involved wherever needed. A proven track record for inspiring and motivating people while fostering a positive, creative and rewarding culture is required.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Responsible for management and performance of our parts Department regarding growth, profitability, sustainability, and staff development
- Proactively manage, coordinate and facilitate the stock take process
- Develop sales and marketing strategy plans
- Developing relationships with customers and dealers, servicing their requirements
- Sale of parts and minor agricultural equipment to customers over the counter and on the road
- Manage and direct staff to achieve targets and goals
Skills and experience required;
- A desire to succeed and to be recognised as an industry innovator and leader
- Proven experience in a retail environment at management or supervision level
- Ability to identify market opportunities.
- Strong Computer skills
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Agricultural and/or vehicle knowledge would be an advantage
- Current driver’s license is required

Parts Interpreter
Serafin Ag Pro, located in Griffith NSW, is a dynamic agricultural machinery sales and service company operating throughout the Riverina.Â
Duties include but not limited to;
- Sale of parts and minor agricultural equipment to customers over the counter and on the road.
- Developing relationships with customers and servicing their requirements.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintaining and ordering stock.
- Preparing customer orders.
- Assisting with stock takes and general upkeep of the parts department.
To be successful for this role, you must have;
- Good customer service and a professional, personable telephone manner.
- Have a proactive and driven attitude.
- Be a team player and possess good computer skills.
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or Agricultural knowledge would be an advantage.
- Sales experience would be an advantage.
- Forklift license preferred but not essential.
- A valid driver’s licence is essential.
On the job training and supplier training on all products will be provided to the right person. This position offers exposure to a wide and interesting variety of products giving you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow your career.

Workshop Foreman

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our service team and work with leading agricultural brands such as Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Challenger, Silvan, and Hardi.
The Opportunity:
Serafin is seeking a skilled and proactive Workshop Foreman to oversee operations within our workshop, assisting in job allocations, and ensure the highest level of service for our customers. If you have a technical background in agricultural machinery and are passionate about leadership and training, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate jobs and schedule work for technicians efficiently.
- Ensure all workshop staff are properly trained on the latest products and equipment.
- Provide technical support and maintain clear communication with customers, sales, and parts departments.
- Supervise job progress, ensuring quality control and timely completion.
- Assist the Workshop Manager with day-to day operations.
- Monitor safety standards and enforce WH&S procedures in the workshop.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a workshop environment, especially with agricultural machinery.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with farm equipment and tools.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
- Mechanical trade qualification (or similar), with a driver’s license; additional licenses for heavy vehicles and forklifts are a plus.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Agricultural Mechanical Technician

As a member of our service team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge farming machinery and equipment, including tractors and various other agricultural machines. Your role will involve a variety of tasks both onsite and in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing & Repairs: Perform servicing and repairs on a range of agricultural equipment, both onsite and in the field.
- Diagnosis & Maintenance: Diagnose, overhaul, repair, and maintain agricultural machinery, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Test equipment to identify faults and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified Agricultural, Heavy Vehicle, or Plant Mechanic.
- Licence: A valid Driver’s Licence is essential.
- Customer-Focused: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Skills: Effective time management and attention to detail.
