RANGER
Increase output with 2500 litre capacity, booms 12 to 21 metres and spray on time with reliability you can count on. RANGER is a heavy duty integrated sprayer suitable for row crop, cereals, pasture renovation and horticultural applications. A completely integrated design delivering low centre of gravity, 70cm of crop clearance, 1.5 to 2m track width adjustment and paralift boom height control to 1.55m. The tank shape provides excellent weight distribution and is designed for effective agitation. A foot step and hand rail makes easy and safe access to the platform.

HARDI RANGER FEATURES
Unrivalled Boom Ride
The EAGLE boom offers smooth ride in the toughest field conditions and is available in boom sizes from 15 to 21 metres. The perfect choice for small to medium farming operations, the EAGLE boom design features a rugged two-dimensional structure with dynamically linked coil spring boom centre. Paralift boom height control provides excellent clearance to 1.55m. Nozzles are protected behind the boom structure and can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different types.
The fluid system is driven by a robust grease-lubricated cast iron 3 diaphragm pump delivering 114 l/m. An optional 6 diaphragm delivering 194 l/m for those higher rates of application.
The manifold fluid system has colour coded position icons to make operation easy.
Various boom options from 12 – 21M to suit all applications.
Robust step for ease of access to the top of the tank to add chemical or for a general check-over.
Application Rate Control
Pressure regulation and boom
section valves are operated from
the tractor seat with the SprayBox
remote control.
The HC 5500 controller provides
precise application regardless of
forward speed.
The HC 5500 computer is a user friendly multi function processor designed to control more features and provide more information than
comparable systems.
The volume rate is automatically
controlled and can be changed
on the go as a percentage of the
prescribed rate. The LogicMenu
and hot keys makes it easy to
navigate and simple to use.
Fluid System
The manifold fluid system has

The three-stage filer system of
suction, cyclone and nozzle filters
(optional) keeps the fluid system
clean
The HC 5500 controller provides

A 250L rinse tank option allows
quick, easy in-field clean-out
while the optional TurboFiller
enables fast, safe transfer of crop

Chemical Mixing & Transfer
The optional TurboFiller and
VACnMIX are used to transfer
large quantities of powders and
liquids to the spray tank.
They both utilise a combination of
venturi vacuum and high pressure
liquid rotation to effectively
mix chemicals before they are
transferred.
A built in rotating nozzle is used
for cleaning and rinsing the
containers and for cleaning the
inside of the hopper.
There are no mechanical moving
parts making TurboFiller and
VACnMIX user friendly and
maintenance free.
