HARDI GRASSLANDS SPRAYER
The 1200 litre GRASSLAND sprayer makes light work of pasture and small crop spraying. Trailer suspension and optional air bag boom suspension provides outstanding boom ride and maximises application efficiency. GRASSLAND offers low centre of gravity and 48 cm crop clearance when fitted with optional lug tires. The tank profile provides excellent weight distribution & is designed for effective agitation. The 120 L rinse tank allows quick, easy in-field flushing. A choice of 6, 8, 10 & 12 m boom widths with optional air bag suspension, boom inertia trapeze and hydraulic boom height control.

The Simple Spraying Solution
A choice of 6, 8, 10 & 12m boom
widths available with optional air bag suspension, and boom inertia trapeze. Grassland is the perfect choice for small farming operations looking for an easy uncomplicated spraying solution. Leaf spring trailer suspension provides the GRASSLAND with a smooth ride over field conditions. GRASSLAND boom fold and height control is manually operated with hydraulic boom height control available as an option.
Smooth ride and performance
is delivered by leaf spring
suspension and 10R x 15 tyres fitted standard. Optional 12.4 x 24 lug tires, main picture above, on 1.8m track width provides additional ride and flotation.
The high-impact polyethylene 1200 L tank has a deep sump that ensures complete emptying of the tank. The tank design maximises liquid agitation as well as ensuring easy and efficient tank cleaning with the use of a tank cleaning nozzle.
HARDI pumps are designed for the application of chemicals and liquid fertiliser. The diaphragms separate the liquid from the vital parts of the pump such as its bearings and crankshaft, ensuring reliable and durable operation.
The chassis is the base of a long lasting sprayer. The design of the GRASSLANDS chassis provides for a centre of gravity that is both low and close to the tractor. The design furthermore offers easy service accessibility. The GRASSLANDS chassis is zinc-phosphate treated before being coated with polyester powder. This ensures outstanding weather and chemical resistance on all chassis parts.

Trailer suspension and optional air bag boom suspension provides outstanding boom ride and maximises application efficiency. For a smoother boom ride and performance, optional air bag suspension is available with inertia trapeze leveling.
SprayBox II
Pressure regulation and boom section valves are operated from the tractor seat with the SprayBox2 remote control. Electric remote pressure regulation and boom section valves are controlled from the cab with manual over-ride control in the case of an electrical failure. The SprayBox 2 can be upgraded to HC2500 controller for automatic application rate control.
EVC & Inline Filtration
Electric valve control (EVC) electric remote pressure regulation, on/off and section control through the SprayBox 2 with constant pressure application allows individual sections to be switched off while maintaining accurate application rates. Easy service In-Line filters eliminate the need for nozzle filters which reduces maintenance time giving you more time to spray.
