The Fendt 500 Vario offers exceptional visibility and spaciousness. It’s design is so compact and narrow that you really have everything in view.
Nothing drives like a Fendt Vario transmission. The Fendt Vario stands for stepless, dynamic driving with plenty of engine power at any speed from 0.02 – 50 km/h.
The compact cooler unit is easily accessed and, thanks to the large clearance between coolers and the flat cooler floor, it is fast and easy to clean.
The Fendt 500 Vario is standard-equipped with a self-levelling front axle suspension, which enables high payloads with the best ride comfort, and up to 7% higher traction in heavy draft operations.
The rear linkage, PTO and hydraulic valves can be controlled externally on the rear mudguard.
The front linkage is fuly integrated in the half-frame and therefore especially stable. Lower links can be folded up for more clearance during loader work, and gives greater manoeuvrability.
More Visibility For The Best Persepctive
Fendt sets the benchmark for overview and visibility. A total of 6.2 sq. metres of glazing offers a continuous, all-round view without any B-pillars to get in the way.
One Interface, All Functions
Straightforward, intuitive and practical - the new Varioterminal 7-B or 10.4-B, with LED backlighting, unite all tractor and implement functions in one terminal/ ISOBUS-capable implements can also be controlled directly with the Varioterminal.
Hydraulic Controls Made Easy
The standard crossgate lever controls two control valves very precisely without having to reposition your hand. Complex implement functions can be controlled with the 3rd and 4th hydraulic circuits. These are activated and controlled by push buttons on the crossgate lever.
Change Of Direction In An Instant
With the orange-coloured reverser lever, you cna easily change directions with your left hand. Hold the lever in place, the tractor remains stationary. Let go of the lever and the tractor automatically drives in the preselected direction.
Connections At The Front
Connections at the front end include: Top link, Two double-acting control valves, Unpressurised return, 7-pin socket, Front PTO (540 or 1000 rpm), EPC front linkage incl. shock load stabilising.
