This is a key leadership role within the Parts Team and integral to maintaining Serafin Ag Pro continued success. We are looking for a team player who is both passionate about this sector of the agriculture industry, with a willingness to get involved wherever needed. A proven track record for inspiring and motivating people while fostering a positive, creative and rewarding culture is required.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Responsible for management and performance of our parts Department regarding growth, profitability, sustainability, and staff development
- Proactively manage, coordinate and facilitate the stock take process
- Develop sales and marketing strategy plans
- Developing relationships with customers and dealers, servicing their requirements
- Sale of parts and minor agricultural equipment to customers over the counter and on the road
- Manage and direct staff to achieve targets and goals
Skills and experience required;
- A desire to succeed and to be recognised as an industry innovator and leader
- Proven experience in a retail environment at management or supervision level
- Ability to identify market opportunities.
- Strong Computer skills
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Agricultural and/or vehicle knowledge would be an advantage
- Current driver’s license is required

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and developing the service team and will be managing your own service department.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Manage the day to day operation of the Workshop to ensuring efficient flow of work while maintaining the highest of standards and customer satisfaction
- Â Manage the efficiency and profit of the Service department.
- Â Work closely with the Parts and Sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
- Â Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Â Driving the training and development of the Service Team and providing support when needed.
- Â Ensuring all warranty claims are submitted correctly and on time.
- Â Oversee all Work Health and Safety regulations within the Service Department, ensuring safe work practices are adhered to.
Skills and experience required;
- Â Proven experience in a workshop environment at management or supervision level.
- Â Strong team building and people management skills.
- Â Technical and working knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment.

The Opportunity:
Are you a hands-on individual with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy working with machinery and being part of a high-performing team? Serafin Agpro is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Handyman – Machinery Detailer to join our workshop team in Griffith!
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has hands-on experience in a workshop or farming environment (preferred)
- Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
- Is proactive, self-managed, and a strong communicator
- Has a genuine interest in agricultural equipment
- Enjoys working in a team environment
Duties
- Detailing new and used machinery
- Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy workshop and yard
- Supporting trade staff in the workshop and field
- Assisting with pre-delivery setup of equipment
- Delivering machinery and escorting oversized loads
- Performing general handyman tasks and minor repairs
- Assisting other departments when required
Requirements

Workshop Foreman

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our service team and work with leading agricultural brands such as Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Challenger, Silvan, and Hardi.
The Opportunity:
Serafin is seeking a skilled and proactive Workshop Foreman to oversee operations within our workshop, assisting in job allocations, and ensure the highest level of service for our customers. If you have a technical background in agricultural machinery and are passionate about leadership and training, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate jobs and schedule work for technicians efficiently.
- Ensure all workshop staff are properly trained on the latest products and equipment.
- Provide technical support and maintain clear communication with customers, sales, and parts departments.
- Supervise job progress, ensuring quality control and timely completion.
- Assist the Workshop Manager with day-to day operations.
- Monitor safety standards and enforce WH&S procedures in the workshop.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a workshop environment, especially with agricultural machinery.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with farm equipment and tools.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
- Mechanical trade qualification (or similar), with a driver’s license; additional licenses for heavy vehicles and forklifts are a plus.

Parts Interpreter (Traineeship)
Serafin Ag Pro, located in Griffith NSW is a dynamic agricultural machinery sales and service company operating throughout the Riverina.Â
A great career opportunity has become available for a year 12 leaver or anyone looking towards establishing their career in the agricultural industry and furthering their qualifications through a traineeship. This position is based in Griffith, NSW.
This position is a full-time position; Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with rostered Saturday mornings.
Duties include but not limited to.
- Dispatching Parts.
- Sale of parts and minor agricultural equipment to customers over the counter and in the workshop.
- Developing relationships with customers and servicing their requirements.
- Stacking shelves and presentation of display areas.
- Assisting with stock takes and general upkeep of the parts department.
- Assist Management as required.
To be successful for this role, you must have.
- Good customer service and personable telephone manner.
- Have a proactive and driven attitude.
- Be a team player and possess computer skills.
- A valid driver’s licence is essential.
On-the-job training and supplier training on all products will be provided. This position offers exposure to a wide and interesting variety of products giving you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow your career
