Spare Parts Interpreter

The ideal candidate will provide a professional level of support to the parts department, be a team player, have good computer skills, customer service experience and a basic understand of online ordering.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Sale of parts and minor agricultural equipment to customers over the counter and on the road.
  • Developing relationships with customers and servicing their requirements.
  • Assisting customers with enquiries.
  • Maintaining and ordering stock.
  • Preparing customer orders.
  • Assisting with stock takes and general upkeep of the parts department.

Skills and experience required;

  • Agricultural and/or vehicle knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Sales experience.
  • Fork lift license preferred but not essential.

This position offers the right person exposure to a wide and interesting variety of products.

DRIVERS LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL.

Auto Electrician

The successful applicant will carry out auto electrical maintenance and installations on GPS systems, sprayers and other agricultural equipment.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Pre-delivery, installation and repairs of new/used sprayers, UHF radios, starter motors, lighting and GPS equipment.
  • Perform fault finding, diagnostics and repairs of electrical components on pumps, gearboxes and controllers.
  • Detect and repair air-conditioned systems when required.

Skills and experience required;

  • Auto Electrical Trade qualification is essential.
  • Experience within either the electrical or mechanical industry involving testing, servicing, repairing or installing systems.
  • Experience with hydraulics, welding and other agricultural machinery would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience working in a professional workshop; and
  • Capable of managing various tasks simultaneously.

On the job training and supplier training on all products will be provided to the right person. This position offers the right person exposure to a wide and interesting variety of products.

DRIVERS LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL.

Ag Service Technician

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • The diagnosis, overhaul, repair, tune, maintenance and testing of agricultural vehicles including tractors, grape harvesters and other agricultural equipment.

  • The detection and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

  • The repair and maintenance of hydraulic components of diesel engines that are used to power attachments such as booms, spray rigs, tillage equipment and harvesters

Applicants will be required to make a strong contribution towards a positive customer experience whilst demonstrating effective time management skills and attention to detail.
